A little about Jane.

Teaching manners to young people over the past 15 years has been a joy and a great learning experience. My Mom was right, “Manners really do matter!” And children begin to learn this very early in life at home, in school and through experiences.

Years ago, I had a camp counselor who took the time to share with me the benefits of behaving gracefully. She opened up new opportunities for me at camp that helped me discover what I enjoyed and she encouraged me to work hard at practicing the skills I had so that I might excel. I will always remember her loving kindness and wisdom.

All of us need good mentors! If we can put those counselors, teachers, coaches in our children’s paths then we help to set them up for success in life. I am passionate about partnering with parents to help build confidence in their children! At Properly Polished we reinforce using good manners through fun, positive and interactive ways in a safe camp environment.

Our mission is to give young people the tools that will help build their self-esteem and position them to make good life choices.
