Pre-adolescence can be a challenging time for parents and children. Manners Camp for this age group is designed to help boost self-confidence in your child through dialogue, activities, and role-playing. We have one session of multi-day classes for boys & girls planned for this summer, but seating is limited. Please make sure to purchase a reservation for each of your children if you plan to have multiple members attend. (Entering 6th Grade this fall)

Camp Details

Camp Time: 10a - 12p

Day 1

Your child will experience the value of having and practicing good manners. Proper introductions, shaking hands, and other skills will be reinforced through various activities.

Day 2

Practicing good Hygiene is essential for all ages. How we present ourselves to others can form lasting first impressions. Your child will learn why this is essential to having good manners through grooming and posture exercises.

Day 3

Listening is an essential element of communication. We will discover the values of this skill through practicing good host, and guest manners and writing thank you notes. We will cover Public Manners and spend time on the subjects of Bullying and Sportsmanship.

Day 4

Today your child will be practicing Good Table Manners through table behavior exercises. We will enjoy and learn over a 3-course meal together.
